- Minor repairs up to $15.00 are included with the cleaning service. Recoloring is additional cost. (We can invoice you later for additional repairs if you need them, and they exceed the allowance.)
Typical service time for our cleaning service is 10-14 business days from the time of receipt. Shipping each way is usually 3-5 business days.
Shipping Documents will be emailed.
We will email you the shipping label and documents needed to send your jacket for service so you can use your own shipping box. Once an order has been placed, shipping documents will be emailed within two business days.

Step by Step, We’re Here to Help
- Choose Your Services: Visit our website and select the services you need. You can order one or more services.
- Setup and Shipping: We’ll get things started within two business days. We’ll email you the necessary shipping info.
- Simple Packaging: Print the emailed instructions and follow those.
- Send with Ease: Hand over your package to FedEx. They’ll scan it in, and we’ll email you a tracking number. You’ll also find the tracking info on your paperwork.
- We’re on It: When your package arrives at our facility, we’ll email you to confirm your requested services. If more evaluations are needed, we’ll let you know.
- Completion Notification: Once we’ve worked on your leather garment, we’ll email you again to let you know it’s ready for shipment. For most returns, we use FedEx with a required signature. FedEx will also email you tracking and delivery details.

Yes, shipping is included, and each shipment is insured for $100. If you want more insurance, you can add it for $10 per additional $100 of value.
Is my garment insured?
Your goods are insured in transit and while with us, separate from carrier coverage. Each shipment has a $100 valuation, with the option to add more insurance for a fee.
What is the service timeline?
Once received, it usually takes 10-14 business days to complete. Cleaning service takes the same time frame.
What if my garment needs alterations or repairs?
These might take longer, so get in touch before ordering if you’re in a hurry.
Do you offer refinishing or reconditioning services?
Refinishing and reconditioning are part of the cleaning service. We also can recolor the leather garment at additional price.($20.00)
Can I obtain an estimate for repairs?
You can send your jacket for cleaning, and if needed, we can send you a quote for repairs or alterations. You can pay directly from the email.
